Ssembabule Community Action Network (SCAN) is a proposed non-profit community development organisation based in Ssembabule District, Uganda.
We aim to connect communities, local institutions, volunteers and development partners to identify priorities and turn community ideas into practical action.
SCAN is building a transparent and accountable leadership structure to guide its community development work.

Responsible for financial administration, records, budgeting and internal accountability.
Responsible for tracking results, documentation, learning and programme performance.
Provides governance oversight and supports strategic accountability.
Governance and financial stewardship roles will be formally assigned as the organisation develops.
